Meet the Artist

Bahney (pronounced "Bonnie") is a longtime Arizona resident, social worker, earth mother,  and glass artist. A perpetually curious craftsman, Bahney melds traditional fused glass techniques with fresh approaches and frequent experimentation.

Bahney lives in historic downtown Phoenix with her partner of ​many years and two rowdy Catahoula hounds. When she's not in the studio you can find her enjoying local theatre and spoiling her children and grandchildren.

Bahney has been taking glass classes at Milkweed Arts (https://milkweedartsaz.com/) for over 5 years.  She considers fused glass her "therapy", but now her children and friends have all the glass they need.  And she is open to selling her creations to those who would love to have them.
